Position Description: Network Runners is seeking aStudent Affairs Administrator to support the Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC), 720th Special Tactics Group (720th STG), and Special Tactics Training Squadron (STTS). The Student Affairs Administrator manages student travel, training schedules and dormitory operations for trainees within the Special Tactics Training Squadron. The role ensures students arrive at training on time, coordinates course rosters and pre‑course qualifications, manages student housing and facility maintenance across multiple buildings, and oversees budgets and program financials. Duties and Responsibilities:
Schedule, coordinate and execute worldwide student travel and movements to ensure trainees arrive on time for training.
Coordinate course attendee rosters across all squadrons within the group; manage pre‑course qualifications and communicate discrepancies to leadership.
Manage the Unaccompanied Military Housing program, including assigning rooms and keys, supervising facility operations, conducting inspections, completing out‑processing inspections and key turn‑in, managing budgets and program financials, mentoring residents and assessing good order and discipline.
Manage all buildings within the STTS compound (eight buildings) by coordinating and scheduling maintenance issues, ensuring repairs are completed, facilitating structure and equipment upgrades, maintaining a key log, issuing and replacing keys as needed, and conducting monthly/quarterly preventive maintenance in coordination with the Civil Engineer Squadron.
Provide support for academic training scheduling and student dormitory management; maintain documentation and communicate with leadership to ensure continuity of operations.
Required/Desired Skills and Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in any discipline from an accredited institution.
Minimum of five (5) years of experience working with Special Operations Forces training, including training scheduling and coordination.
Experience with travel scheduling and dormitory management.
Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to work independently and coordinate with multiple stakeholders.
Ability to work in a primarily sedentary role with some physical demands, including standing, sitting or bending and walking through facilities to inspect dormitories.
