Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking a Facility Support (A4 Facility) person to support the 492nd Special Operations Wing (492 SOW) as the 492nd continues to meet Headquarters (HQ) Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) taskings. This position is located at Duke Field, FL.

Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking a Facility Support (A4 Facility) person to support the 492nd Special Operations Wing (492 SOW) as the 492nd continues to meet Headquarters (HQ) Air Force Special Operations Command (AFSOC) taskings. This position is located at Duke Field, FL.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Review and make recommendations for facility sustainment, restoration and modernization, and demolition (SRMD) requirements.
- Support the development and ensures accuracy of facility project programming documents, determines appropriate funding sources. Monitor project execution for a variety of programs including but not limited to AF and SOF Operations and Maintenance (O&M).
- Support the development new facility requirements by participating in site visits, programming reviews and programming development meetings with higher headquarters, subordinate units, and other agents.
- Verifying all projects and final programming documentation is complete and accurate before funding is requested.
- Manages projects and programs for substantial new construction, renovations and improvements for real property facilities encompassing highly specialized or unique requirements.
- Support the development of requirements and management plans.
- Support projects through all design/construction phases.
- Monitor design/construction to report non-compliance with contract provisions and standards.
- Participate in meetings with agents and subordinate units as well as adherence to schedules and designs.
- Keep abreast of emerging technologies.
- Provide guidance and advice to 492 SOW/A4 Leadership.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have an active Secret Clearance
- Minimum of five (5) years of demonstrated experience in facility management
- U.S. Air Force experience and bachelor’s degree highly preferred.
