Responsible for incident creation, prioritization, assignment, queue management, escalation and resolution in order to restore normal service operation as quickly as possible minimizing the disruption to a customers of a multi-site Data Center. Oversee and maintain a communication plan relating service and application outage/degradation situational awareness to Data Center customers and stakeholders. Review IM processes, procedures and metrics to identify service improvement and staff opportunities for improvement and efficiency
Candidate must be of a senior level and have experience in VMWare vRealize Operations Suite (Operations Manager), BMC: Remedy Service Management Suite, Analytics and Smart Reporting.
Required: ITILv3 2011 Intermediate certification
