Position Description:
Data analysis skills, preferably incident management tickets and personnel performance
  • Ability to create ad-hoc reports to provide justification for process changes, reporting critical successes and failures to leadership, and continuous personnel performance improvement
  • Ability to manage and modify existing reports as needed. Reporting will include:
    • weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual ticket Quality Assurance (QA) reports 
    • Ticket audit reports and developing metrics, including
      • Reasons for outages (RFOs)
      • Problem Types/Categories
      • Root cause analysis
      • Mean and total time to restoral
      • Affected devices reports
    • Trend analysis in the following areas:
      • Incident and change management
      • Change implementation
      • Workload, efficiency, and effectiveness
      • Service Target/SLA compliance
  • Knowledge of both ITSM and Remedy ticketing systems and their reporting processes
  • Scripting knowledge to assist with data scraping and retrieval (Excel, basic SQL, and similar) in ITSM and Remedy
  • Dashboard management in SharePoint 2013, including implementing changes and updates
  • Development of After-Action Reports and Executive Summaries in conjunction with government leads
  • Assist with development of Critical Success Factors (CSFs), Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and implementation of a continuous improvement plan to achieve the same.
  • Assist NRI Program Manager with compilation and correlation of data for Weekly Activity Reports and the Monthly Status Report
  • Required Skills:
    • SharePoint 2013/2016 design and management
    • ITSM and Remedy experience, DoD implementations desirable
    • Basic SQL scripting knowledge
    • Advanced Excel skills, to include scripting; data ingest and manipulation; pivot tables; charting; and exporting to SharePoint
    • Intermediate PowerPoint skills
    • Ability to interact with team members at all levels, including senior leadership
    • Ability to work independently with minimal oversight
    • Ability to work in a geographically distributed team environment
    • Knowledge of collaboration tools. Microsoft Teams knowledge a plus
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced dynamic environment and able to adapt to changes quickly
    • DoD experience desired; DISA experience preferred but not required
    • Active or current (used within the past 24 months) DoD Secret required
Must be a US Citizen with an active Secret clearance
