Position Description:
 
Network Runners is seeking a highly motivated Help Desk Specialist to support The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Science and Technology Directorate. The Help Desk Specialist will serve as the initial point of contact for troubleshooting all IT related problems, including hardware/software, passwords, and printer problems.
 
Responsibilities:
  •  Provide phone and in-person support to users in the areas of:
    • E-mail
    • LAN/SciTech
    • Directories
    • Standard desktop images and applications
 
Education Requirements:
 
  • High School diploma or GED certification and /or 1-4 years’ experience
