Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking a Sr. Program Management Specialist to support the U.S. Coast Guard (USCG) to provide the Government with Acquisition Support and to successfully execute the acquisition of a new Learning Management System and support the Government Acquisition Program Office in the development of Acquisition documentation, risk management, and other PM office support.

Education, Qualifications & Experience:
•Master’s degree from an accredited US University or equivalent military or commercial experience in the areas of business administration, program management, or acquisition.
•Ten years of specific experience with program management and acquisition life cycle support
•Demonstrated ability to draft acquisition documentation to support non-major acquisition program Acquisition Life Cycle efforts
•Demonstrated ability to prepare program supporting documentation
•Demonstrated ability to manage complex problems through forming resolutions compliant with Government acquisition regulations and policies
•Demonstrated ability to perform risk management for a non-major acquisition program
•Demonstrated ability to develop senior leadership briefings and responses to senior leadership inquiries including procurement approach and risk management
•Demonstrated ability to modify complex acquisition plans, documents, and strategies to mitigate identified program risks
•Excellent communications skills and fluent in both oral and written English
