Network Runners is seeking a Senior Data Services Development Manager to support the United States Coast Guard (USCG), Assistant Commandant for Intelligence (CG-2).
Clearance required: **Must have an Active TS/SCI Clearance**
Duties and Responsibilities:
Senior Data Services Development Support:
Ability to define and drive development teams in an agile environment to tie data services implementation to EIDS program direction
Ability to understand technical implementation details to integrate software development with Intelligence CDO strategic objectives
Ability to communicate data concepts with stakeholders to define Intelligence Data Domain
Data Management Support:
Ability to define and support implementation of data governance activities including definition of Intelligence Data Domain roles and datasets
Ability to scope and gather metadata to define datasets and assign roles and responsibilities
Data Stewardship:
Ability to work with development teams to define metadata associated with existing dataset to populate governance tools
Ability to understand and integrate policy requirements to manage datasets such as quality, internal use, and sharing
Change Management Support
Ability to plan change management to transition the intelligence workforce to a data centric operating model.
Ability to engage stakeholders and gain buy in to achieve Intelligence CDO objectives.
Education/Experience Requirements
B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a comparable analytic field
At least five (5) years of demonstrated government Information Management and/or equivalent experience
