Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking Senior Executive Administrative Professionals to provide high-level administrative, correspondence, scheduling, and leadership support across AFRL/RA divisions and the Front Office.
Posting Quantity: 7 full-time positions
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Prepare and format correspondence, briefings, spreadsheets, reports, and program documentation in accordance with Air Force standards.
- Manage executive calendars, meeting coordination, visitor access, conference rooms, agendas, and follow-up actions.
- Maintain organizational charts, manning documents, administrative trackers, and leadership status reports.
- Process travel authorizations in the Defense Travel System and distribute classified and unclassified mail.
- Capture meeting decisions and action items and deliver summaries within required suspense dates.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience supporting administrative, acquisition, logistics, financial, technology-transfer, or operational functions.
- Must obtain Microsoft Office Specialist Associate certification within 180 days of assuming the role.
- Must be capable of independently performing required reports and data entry in EBS and CCaR within the first 30 days of performance when assigned.
