Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking a Technology Transfer Specialist to manage AFRL/RA technology-transfer, STINFO, DTIC, legal, and export-control support activities.
Posting Quantity: 1 full-time position
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Process technology-transfer requests and prepare transfer agreements within established timelines.
- Prepare and route research and development case files for STINFO, DTIC, and legal review.
- Complete Export Control Risk Profile Templates for industry partners before agreement execution.
- Coordinate with program offices, legal counsel, security, and external partners to resolve documentation issues.
- Maintain accurate case files, status trackers, and audit-ready records.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience supporting administrative, acquisition, logistics, financial, technology-transfer, or operational functions.
- Must obtain Microsoft Office Specialist Associate certification within 180 days of assuming the role.
- Must be capable of independently performing required reports and data entry in EBS and CCaR within the first 30 days of performance when assigned.
