Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking a Business Operations Specialist to support AFRL/RA planning, programming, budgeting, execution, and organizational operations.
Posting Quantity: 1 full-time position
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Maintain financial and program execution data in CCaR and related systems.
- Monitor financial execution and prepare accurate Status of Funds and obligation/expenditure forecasts.
- Identify discrepancies, analyze workflow issues, and recommend process improvements.
- Develop recurring reports, spreadsheets, dashboards, and leadership briefings.
- Coordinate taskers and operational actions across technical and support organizations.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience supporting administrative, acquisition, logistics, financial, technology-transfer, or operational functions.
- Must obtain Microsoft Office Specialist Associate certification within 180 days of assuming the role.
- Must be capable of independently performing required reports and data entry in EBS and CCaR within the first 30 days of performance when assigned.
