Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking a Workflow and Junior Action Officer to manage directorate taskers, suspense actions, staffing packages, and leadership workflow.
Posting Quantity: 1 full-time position
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Accept, assign, track, and update taskers in designated Government workflow systems.
- Monitor suspense dates, conduct follow-up, and provide leadership visibility into task status and risk.
- Review staffing packages for completeness, formatting, routing, and required coordination.
- Maintain workflow dashboards, organizational charts, manning documents, and deficiency trackers.
- Prepare concise action summaries, decision packages, and status briefings.
- Minimum of 10 years of relevant experience supporting administrative, acquisition, logistics, financial, technology-transfer, or operational functions.
- Must obtain Microsoft Office Specialist Associate certification within 180 days of assuming the role.
- Must be capable of independently performing required reports and data entry in EBS and CCaR within the first 30 days of performance when assigned.
