Junior Program Manager

Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking Junior Program Manager personnel to support AFRL/RA technical research and development portfolios. 

Posting Quantity: 1 full-time position

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage technical projects within approved Acquisition Program Baselines and DoD 5000-series guidance.
  • Develop and maintain resource-loaded Integrated Master Schedules in Microsoft Project and integrate schedules with program Work Breakdown Structures.
  • Evaluate program cost, schedule, performance, and risk and present status during Program Management Reviews.
  • Prepare acquisition documentation, including APBs, milestone briefings, reports, SOWs, CDRLs, RFP inputs, and source-selection support materials.
  • Maintain program execution models using SysML and Magic Cameo in a model-based systems engineering environment.
  • Manage communications, taskers, suspense actions, and coordination with technical, financial, contracting, security, and leadership stakeholders.
Minimum Education / Experience / Requirements:
  • Master's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Minimum of 10 years of Department of Defense cost and schedule management experience.
  • Active Project Management Professional certification.
  • Minimum of 5 years of Special Access Program experience.
  • Must obtain DAWIA Advanced/Level III Program Management certification within 24 months of appointment.
  • Must be a U.S. citizen.
  • Must be able to obtain and maintain at least a Secret security clearance recorded in DISS; certain assignments require higher-level access.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, OneNote, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Adobe Acrobat, and Air Force-approved web applications.
  • Must communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and maintain professional working relationships.
