Contract Manager / Vault Coordinator (GSSO)

Position Description:
Network Runners is seeking one (1) Contract Manager / Vault Coordinator to support the 414th Combat Training Squadron Red Flag Vault Operations mission at Nellis Air Force Base. This position serves as the on-site contract manager and performs Government Special Security Officer duties supporting Red Flag and limited Weapons School Mission Integration activities.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Manage daily contract performance and serve as the primary contractor representative for all operational matters related to the task order.
  • Coordinate staffing, schedules, exercise coverage, deliverables, and communications with the Contracting Officer, COR, and 414 CTS leadership.
  • Provide operational oversight for SAP vault activities and ensure qualified personnel are available for all required mission and exercise support.
  • Support physical, personnel, industrial, information, and Special Access Program security functions within co-use SCIF/SAP facilities.
  • Manage and support SAP/STO access processing, program access requests, badging, indoctrinations, local SAP briefings, and Top Secret control accounts.
  • Support classified warfare planning, exercise briefings and debriefings, and related Red Flag mission requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable DoD, Department of the Air Force, ACC, USAFWC, DIA, and local security policies and procedures.
  • Prepare and submit required management reports and coordinate corrective actions for staffing, performance, or security issues.
  • Maintain a stable workforce and support rapid replacement of vacant positions without mission impact.

Minimum Education / Experience / Requirements:
  • Minimum of five (5) years of management experience in a military air operations environment.
  • Experience managing twelve (12) or more personnel.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university. A degree in engineering, mathematics, or science is desired; other degrees are acceptable with at least five years of military aircrew experience.
  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience using personal computer office software, including Microsoft Office applications.
  • Operational knowledge of SAP vault operations and classified security environments.
  • Strong command of the English language and knowledge of technical report formatting and style.
  • Knowledge of physical, personnel, industrial, information, STO, SAP, SCI, and collateral security requirements.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of security management experience supporting TS/SCI, STO, and SAP programs in joint or multinational exercise environments.
  • Experience in Specialty Code/Series 0080 or at least one year of classified vault management experience.
  • Active Top Secret clearance with eligibility to obtain and maintain TS/SCI, STO, and SAP/SAR access.

Work Schedule:
Normal duty hours are 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Staggered shifts, nights, weekends, and extended exercise support may be required, including up to 20 hours of continuous mission coverage during Red Flag events.
